Develop motor driver and controller modules in simulation. Test actuator control logic virtually.

Build and simulate robotic arm model. Integrate motion feedback modules (IMU, ultrasonic).

Implement computer vision module for object recognition. Validate sensor–software integration in simulation.

Develop mobile robot simulation with navigation. Test obstacle avoidance and path planning algorithms.

Create bipedal locomotion model in simulation. Test stability and gait algorithms.

Integrate speech interaction system in software. Finalize CAD design of Ravi’s humanoid frame.

Finalize hardware architecture for Ravi prototype. Prepare procurement plan for actuators, sensors, and controllers.

Assemble Ravi’s full-body skeleton. Mount actuators, sensors, and controllers. Begin first walking & stability tests on hardware.

Integrate camera-based vision system. Test real-world obstacle detection and environment awareness.

Apr 2026

Enable industrial task automation (pick, carry, place). Refine locomotion and arm control for stability.

Conduct full integration of mobility, vision, and manipulation. Perform stress testing in controlled environments.
